Having got a choppy haircut and discovered the Inkwell filter on Instagram, the new 'edgy' Taylor Swift has continued her late 2017 rebrand by resurrecting her on-again, off-again feud with Kanye West.
A beef that goes all the way back to the 2009 VMAS (you remember that Beyoncé speech), the feud gained new life last year when Kanye included the lines "Me and Taylor might still have sex" and "I made that b*tch famous" in his single Famous, which lead to that phone call and a whole lot more drama.

Anyway, it looks like Edgy Taylor is far from over the Snapchat slight, seeing as she's included an oh-so thinly veiled reference to the incident in new song "This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things."
"Cause forgiveness is a nice thing to do. I can't even say it with a straight face," Swift starts off, before adding.
"It was so nice being friends again
There I was giving you a second chance
But then you stabbed my back while shaking my hand
And therein lies the issue
Friends don't try to trick you
Get you on the phone and mind-twist you."
Remember when Taylor Swift sold 800k in one hour after doing minimal promo and countless people saying she was "over".

Can this please be the start of a series of increasingly petty diss tracks that eventually comes full circle and concludes with a collaborative album and tour?
You can buy her new album on iTunes now if you're the type of person to still buy albums off iTunes.
