Pregnant Jessica Alba Wins Halloween With 'Juno' Costume

Jessica Alba managed to find the perfect Halloween costume to fit her growing baby bump!

The 36-year-old actress channeled Ellen Page's character in the 2007 movie Juno, and nailed the look. In the beloved comedy, Page portrays the quick-witted teenager Juno MacGuff, who gets pregnant after hooking up with her good friend, Paulie Bleeker, played by Michael Cera.

Alba tends to dress up with her friend, Kelly Sawyer, for Halloween, and this year was no different, with Sawyer going as Paulie.

Prior to revealing her clever costume, the pregnant star posted some flashback photos of her and her friend's getups through the years, all the while admitting that she wasn't as up to party like years past.

"#Witch&Broom #Axl&Slash #Romy&Michelle #AbFab -- A few of our #halloweencostumes w @kellysawyer," she captioned the photo collage on Instagram. "Gonna nap to try to motivate for tonight -- I’m so pregnant and tired."

Blu-ray Review – The Villainess (2017)

The Villainess, 2017.

Directed by Byung-gil Jung.
Starring Ok-bin Kim, Ha-kyun Shin, Jun Sung, and Seo-hyeong Kim.

SYNOPSIS:

A female assassin seeks revenge on the man that killed her father, unaware of the consequences that await her.

Opening with possibly the greatest five minutes of first-person action ever filmed, The Villainess follows in the tradition of recent high-octane Asian action movies like The Raid and Headshot and relentlessly throws exciting set piece after set piece at you as actors and stunt people alike seemingly perform almost superhuman violent theatrics all in the name of entertainment. But The Villainess strings all of these scenes together with a plot that whilst not wholly original, does draw on the revenge genre and presents it all in a stylish way, adding in elements of neo-noir, classic kung-fu and a dark undercurrent of almost horror movie proportions .

The Villainess breaks down into three very distinct acts, the first of which is the thrillingly violent and brutal setup of Sook-hee (Ok-bin Kim – Thirst), our main protagonist. Her introduction is brilliantly executed as she stalks her way through a building rammed with sword-wielding and gun-toting goons, killing them off methodically and, as previously mentioned, filmed from a first-person perspective as if you are watching somebody playing a video game. After five minutes of this we finally get to see her in a swift camera move that deflects the action back to normal perspective and we’re off and running into the main plot to find out who Sook-hee is and how she came to be taking out a whole building of villains.

And for the rest of the first act we are shown Sook-hee being trained as an assassin by a shadowy organisation who will set her free once she has given them 10 years of service. Sook-hee also happens to be pregnant and so the draw of being able to leave the assassin’s life behind for the sake of her child is what she is doing it all for, and so act two concentrates on Sook-hee, how she got where she is and who she is seeking to take revenge on. The basics of it are she is looking to get revenge on the person who killed her father but to go any deeper than that is to reveal too much as The Villainess starts piling on the characterisations in this part of the film, slowing the action down a couple of notches and introducing several characters that will play an important part in Sook-hee’s story as we move onto the final act of the film which tries to have it both ways and make you feel for the plight of a few of the characters whilst being blown away by the incredible car chases, explosive gun fights and brutal hand-to-hand combat that carries on right up until the closing scenes.

If blood-soaked action played out at high speeds is your thing then The Villainess is a movie that you need to see as violence rarely gets executed as pant-wettingly exciting and inventive as this but, like with most Korean movies, it does run on a little longer than it needs to and the constant flashbacks and leaping around with timelines does get a little frustrating, especially during the second act when we are being given Sook-hee’s backstory and the narrative flits from her childhood to when she begins on the trail for revenge with very little regard for keeping things flowing. Although one rarely goes into these vengeance movies looking for a heavy plot or a detailed story, it does feel like the filmmakers are trying a little too hard to play on our emotions at times when fewer confusing flashbacks and a little more exposition may have proved slightly less cumbersome.

However, those action set pieces are magnificent and so expertly crafted that any plot points slowing the momentum down are soon playing second fiddle to what can only really be described as a spectacle, as just when you think that Korean or Asian cinema has thrown its best work at you we get a motorbike chase like the one we see here – with all manner of flips, rolls and crashes that must be an insurance nightmare for somebody – and you realise that the likes of BondBourne, The Expendables and the Fast & Furious are seriously going to have to up their game if they want to compete with what Korea can produce on what is likely a fraction of the budget of Spectre or Jason Bourne, because compared to The Villainess they look tired and uninspired.

Here's how much cast reportedly make per episode

Well-written and bone-chilling"Stranger Things," which recently returned for a second season, has been praised as one of the best TV shows since it made its debut in 2016.

The cast of Netfix show "Stranger Things"

While the cast of the show may be one of the youngest on TV, they are making quite a lot of money per episode, and are expected to make even more as the years go by.

The Hollywood Reporter recently revealed how much the four main young actors are earning for their roles in "Stranger Things,"

According to the report, Millie Bobby Brown (13), Finn Wolfhard (14), Gaten Matarazzo (15), Noah Schnapp (13) and Caleb McLaughlin (16) all earn USD$30,000 per episode.

The cast is already signed up to star on the show for six years, with the possibility of a renegotiation in 2018, and a salary raise.

Also, THR reports that in addition to their salary, the cast received “a less than six figure bonus” once the show became as popular as it is.

Mark Ruffalo was initially worried about Thor: Ragnarok “breaking” the Marvel Cinematic Universe

Mark Ruffalo was initially worried about Thor: Ragnarok “breaking” the Marvel Cinematic Universe

It’s quite possible that Thor: Ragnarok is Marvel’s wildest movie to date. Critics seem to agree that the film is a wild departure from the MCU’s established formula. On paper, the concept must have seemed absolutely bonkers, and that wasn’t lost on star Mark Ruffalo. The actor, talking to Collider, the Hulk actor reveals that he felt slightly apprehensive about breaking the established mold with Thor: Ragnarok:

“Do you know how many times I was like, ‘Are we breaking the Marvel universe? We threw everything out. We started all over again with this. We threw the Thor franchise out. We threw everyone’s perception of Banner out. We threw everyone’s perception of Hulk out. We threw everyone’s perception of Thor out. And, yes, we knew what we were doing. At the same time we were like, ‘Let’s just do it, and let’s go for it, and let’s do it the best and most honest and fun way that we can.’ Taika did that, and he wasn’t afraid of that … so we improvised a lot and we played … and that playfulness is really appealing on-screen.”

Sometimes taking a risk pays off, and it certainly did for Thor: Ragnarok. Director Taika Waititi has expressed interest in returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and one wonders how he may top his latest achievement.

In Marvel Studios’ “Thor: Ragnarok,” Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok—the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization—at the hands of an all-powerful threat, the ruthless Hela. But first he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger—the Incredible Hulk.

Thor: Ragnarok is being directed by Taika Waititi (What We Do in the Shadows) and features Marvel veterans Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Anthony Hopkins as Odin, Idris Elba as Heimdall and Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk alongside Cate Blanchett as Hela, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Jeff Goldblum as the Grandmaster, Karl Urban as Skurge, Taika Waititi as Korg, Clancy Brown as Surtur, Rachel House as Topaz, Tadanobu Asano as Hogun and Sam Neill in an as-yet-unrevealed role. It is set for release on October 24th in the UK and November 3rd in the States.

Selena Gomez & Justin Bieber Brunch and Attend Church Together in LA

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez arrive at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE on Aug. 28, 2011 in Los Angeles.

More than three years after they called it quits, ex's Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber got people talking all over again this weekend when they were spotted having breakfast on Sunday morning (Oct. 30) in Los Angeles and then attending a church service together afterwards. TMZ posted pics of the two sharing smoothies, iced coffees and smiles at a JOi Cafe cafe in Westlake Village, with Bieber wearing white hoodie and Gomez sitting across from him in a striped top.

The pair, who dated on-and-off between 2011 and 2014, were also reportedly later seen attending services at Zoe Church in Los Angeles, with an unnamed source telling US Weekly, "They grabbed breakfast, blueberry smoothies with whipped cream, and were just talking — none of the staff really recognized them. Justin paid for both of them, they looked to be in a good mood, they just sat at a table and chatted for a while, no hand holding or anything, the conversation seemed lighthearted. They sat at a table inside where they had a little more privacy. They stayed for about 25 minutes before leaving together."

Who ‘The Walking Dead’ Surprise Returning Character Is

SPOILERS

In tonight’s episode of The Walking Dead, “The Damned,” Morales (Juan Gabriel Pareja) makes his return to the series, appearing for the first time since the fifth episode of the first season.

“Your name is Morales,” Rick says to a man holding a gun to his head at the end of the episode. “We were together in Atlanta.” However, Morales lets Rick know that a lot has changed since Atlanta, namely that Morales is now a Savior and that they are no longer on the same side.

Recall, however, that Morales and Rick were once friends. Morales is introduced to the series in the series’ second episode, “Guts,” when Rick is trapped inside of a tank in downtown Atlanta. A group led by Glenn, Andrea, T. Dog, and Morales rescues Rick, and Rick quickly repays the favor by saving the rest of them from Merle Dixon. “Well Officer Friendly from up the road aways, welcome to the big city,” Morales says to Rick, after he handcuffs Merle to a drainpipe.

AMC

A few notes about that second episode, for those who haven’t revisited earlier episodes of The Walking Dead: The direction was better then (Michelle MacLaren, a veteran of Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad directed the episode); the series used to have the occasional one-liner (thanks, Frank Darabont), and they called the zombies “geeks” instead of “walkers.” Those walkers were also slightly more intelligent, stronger, less lumbering, and could at least attempt to climb a ladder. Also, Merle was much, much more racist than I remembered. Oh, and I’d completely forgotten that Rick used the zombie guts trick for the first time in that episode: Rick and Glenn escaped a horde of zombies by covering themselves in zombie guts to disguise their smell. It was also a really fun episode that saw Glenn show off his driving skills. I miss Glenn. I also miss really fun episodes of The Walking Dead.

Anyway, Rick saved Morales’ life in “Guts,” and helped him get back to his family at the refugee center, which is where Rick was reunited with his own family. For the next three episodes, Morales is more or less just another face in a large crowd of survivors, hardly any of which are still alive today (save for Rick, Carl, Daryl and Carol). After Andrea’s sister Amy is bitten by a walker and dies in the fifth episode of the series, “Wildfire,” Rick and his crew decide to go to the CDC to see if they have found a cure. That’s when Morales and his family (a wife and two kids) decide to split, telling Rick that they’re going to Birmingham to be “with their people.”

AMC

It appears that Morales didn’t make it that far. What we don’t know is whether his wife and children survived. It seems unlikely if he is a Savior, although if his wife is alive, she could be one of Negan’s many wives.

Anyway, until Morales resurfaced in this week’s episode, that is the extent of what we know about him. Although, interestingly, Juan Gabriel Pareja played another character named Morales in Frank Darabont’s The Mist. Pareja has been bouncing around in other television roles since The Walking Dead (including an arc on the great Amazon series Goliath), and he’s also had quite the physical transformation since his last appearance on the zombie drama.

Neymar "unhappy" in PSG as he regrets quitting Barcelona

Neymar already "unhappy" in Paris as he is regretting leaving Barcelona for PSG in the summer, according to a report.

The 25-year-old who controversially left Nou Camp in the summer as dethroned French champions PSG break world record transfer fee of £198million to bring former Santos star to Paris.

According to La Porteria claims that Neymar has told those close to him he regrets his decision of making a switch from La Liga to Ligue 1 and he missed a life in Barcelona because is no the life in he expected in Paris.

Brazil international who publicly fallen out with new strike partner Edinson Cavani over penalty duties with some PSG teammate not happy with him is also not enjoying Unai Emery's certain training approach and methods.

While it had also been revealed his contract also included various privileges and they varied from being able to bring his equipment in a bag with his own label to being exempt from receiving strong tackles in practice.

Neymar returns to Barcelona where he caught up with pictured chatting with his former striking partner Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi as forward was banned for PSG's 3-0 Ligue 1 win over Nice on Friday but is expected to return for the midweek clash with Anderlecht in the Champions League.

Every Eminem Feature: 2014-2017

Busta Rhymes - Calm Down (feat. Eminem)

"Calm Down" paired two of the greatest internal-rhyme rappers of all time, Busta Rhymes and Eminem, over a Bob & Earl's "Harlem Shuffle"-sampled track. After Scoop DeVille showed Busta the beat, the Brooklyn rapper approached Em for a feature, sending the rapper his work thus far so Shady could feel out the vibe of the track. "Originally, the song was like three minutes and eight seconds. I had two 16-bar verses on it and the hook that's there...[but then] Eminem's verse comes on and it's like 42 bars," Busta told MTV News at the time.

Speaking to Complex about the genesis of the six-minute track, the "Break Ya Neck" rapper revealed that the healthy competition between the two MCs propelled the continued exchange of bars. "Because we’re known for pretty much fucking everybody up when we get on records with other artists, it became a competitive process...I went back and I wrote 50 bars. We then scheduled a mix session for the song and when I got to Detroit, he listened to my verse, heard that it was 50 bars, he went back and turned his 42 bars into a 60 bar verse. At that point I went back and turned my 50 bar verse into a 62 bar verse. And then Em made his verse a 64 bar verse. [Laughs.] It started off from just doing a dope, high energy hip-hop record into us respectfully competing and damn near battling each other."

With the two rappers "bringing out the best in each other," "Calm Down" proved to be a 7-month labor of love that was well worth the wait-- and you won't even notice the lack of chorus. ""It turned from a song to a piece of art," Busta reiterated. "Just a fundamental hip-hop record."

Shady Records - SHADY CXVPHER (feat. Eminem, Slaughterhouse & Yelawolf)

To generate hype for the the 2014 two-disc Shady XV album featuring both new tracks and an anthology of their greatest hits, Slim brought together Slaughterhouse and Yelawolf for "SHADY CXVPHER." While not an official studio feature (as it is Em's own label and track) the rapper's aggressive callouts in his acapella verse can't pass by unnoticed, and with limited outings feature-wise in 2014, this one posse cut is extra necessary.

"I think of all them times I compromised my bottom lines/And thought of rhymes that sodomized your daughter's minds/Then I'm like dollar signs/But I may fight for gay rights especially if they dyke/Is more of a knockout than Janay Rice/Play nice, bitch, I'll punch Lana Del Rey right/In the face twice like Ray Rice in broad daylight," Em rapped, breath marks barely noticeable in his relentless lyrical assault.

Trick Trick - Twerk Dat Pop That (feat. Eminem & Royce Da 5'9")

Trick Trick, the self-titled mayor of Detroit, brought Shady on the bill for "Twerk Dat Pop That" to fill out the Detroit trifecta alongside Royce Da 5'9". The party track has an insanely catchy hook and showcases vintage Eminem, letting loose and spinning out his verse sans the trademark growl that became prevalent in Shady's past eras. "I’m in VIP with no ID with a pint of beam/Lightin' cheeba wylin’ the fuck out like Bieber at nineteen/Or Ice-T in the in the 90s/Frightening in some Nikes slut, nice D’s/There a slight breeze? Don’t like me? Well then bite me," Em rapped, setting the tone for his flipped out bars.

D12 - Devil's Night Intro (feat. Eminem)

D12 dropped their first release in over four years, The Devil's Night Mixtape on the (very fitting) night before Halloween in 2015. Em provided the themed intro for the release, spitting two minutes of acapella bars following an eerie, discorded entry beat: "Like I'm ejaculating and nutting, come catch the clap like you're patty caking little dumpling/Or brace yourself like a cast and be the last to make an assumption/I'm back/Like I'm in the bathroom taking a dump and it's back in the day or somethin'/I'll shit on you, devil's night, how's that for a introduction?"

This was Eminem's only appearance on the D12 offering, much to fans' dismay.

Dr. Dre - Medicine Man (feat. Eminem, Candice Pillay & Anderson.Paak)

Eminem dug deep for inspiration on Dr. Dre's "Medicine Man," off the OG's Compton body of work, switching up his flow to take listeners back to his early work-- giving off a distinct "Rabbit Run" vibe at its opening. Mixing shock rap lines depicting rape and violence with clever double entendres and word play, Shady's verse is an unquestionable standout addition. Candice Pillay, who lends her vocals to the track's hook had this to say about Eminem's spot on the song: "If you listen to 'Medicine Man' compared to everything else on the album, it's a very different record. I feel like it's a younger generation's record. Of course, Dre loved it. And the only person who could fit on that record is Em. He gave us a plethora of stuff to choose from and then he went back and forth. And then we finally went with the verse that you hear."

Tech N9ne - Speedom (WWC2) (feat. Eminem & Krizz Kaliko)

There's no questioning the high cost of an Eminem spot on any rapper's track-- a price tag that is surely swallowed by MCs eager to secure Shady's unique flow on their album. Kansas City rapper Tech N9ne revealed that landing Em for "Speedom," which would be the two technical MCs first time on wax together, only cost him a feature of his own: "[Eminem] did the verse for nothing but a swap," Tech told BET. "I was flabbergasted, 'cause I know it costs so much to get Eminem and he’s worth every penny, and for him to say, ‘I just want a song from you for this,’ that made me feel really beautiful that he felt like that about my music."

The verse is a spastic exploration of pill-popping chaos, as seen in: "In the habit of grabbin' a mic and babblin', I dabble in lights/But I might just swallow my fuckin' Ritalin tablet after the night/I'm grabbin' it right from the medicine cabinet/'Cause that's what it's like and attack it like a Dracula bite."

The Weeknd - The Hills (feat. Eminem) [Remix]

Slim was the rather surprising feature (but still a coveted one) for the official remix of The Weeknd's radio-crushing "The Hills." Slowing his usual double-time tempo to match the chilled-out R&B vibe of the track, Em picks up the bootycall theme of the chorus with: "But you just want a little company/And you just really wanna thrill seek/Said you left him for good this time/Bullshit, what your friends do, spill beans?"

Yelawolf - Best Friend (feat. Eminem)

Yelawolf only had one rapper in mind when he was feeling out features for his Love Story album: Shady Records' own head honcho, Eminem. Their collab came naturally, Yelawolf told MTV News, and the two meshed perfectly regarding the theme and tone of the track. "The song was already really strong, and I knew that I was touching on something that was serious -- or, to me, it was. The melody in the song, it came together, and I just thought, If Marshall, if he gets on this and understands this concept, that it would be outta here. So I just crossed my fingers and sent it to him. Luckily, he understood it perfectly, and obviously killed it." Eminem kept true to his usual fast-paced lyrical barrage, while Yelawolf switched it up by singing the hook and the chorus.

KXNG Crooked - Welcome To Planet X (We're Coming For You) (feat. Eminem & The Observer)

KXNG Crooked, along with Eminem and The Observer unleashed a serious banger in "Welcome To Planet X," the tone-setting track off of Good Vs. Evil. Set in an alternate, mirrored reality, Em and Crooked l team up to lyrically construct a world in which the oppressed take up arms against their oppressors, over even the smallest of injustices. KXNG Crooked further explained the theme to Billboard, stating: "I love this record because it touches on topics like the destruction of the middle class, the plight of poor people and it has the presence of my superstar homie Eminem, which forces people to pay attention to the issues the song tackles. Thanks Em!"

Em sets the scene in the intro, delivering in spoken word: "I live in a world that's different than your world/Your world still believes in things like free speech and democracy/Those things don't exist in my world anymore."

Skylar Grey - Kill For You (feat. Eminem)

Eminem hopped on yet another Skylar Grey track for the the Bonnie and Clyde interpretation of "Kill For You." "Since the first day I started writing 'Kill for You,' I thought the Bonnie and Clyde message would be more powerful as a duet. I was stoked when Marshall put a verse on it," Grey told Rolling Stone of the collaboration. "Just a few days before I had to turn in the album I let Marshall know my thoughts and asked if he wanted to give it a shot. I didn't expect him to do it especially with he time restraint, but thought it was worth asking. A few days later he turned in the final mix/master with his verse on it. I had never heard his verse before we sent the album to print." Em takes the role of a master manipulator in his verse, boasting that he can get an unnamed woman to do his bidding. "Who tries to take your man from you/It's blasphemy, another casualty, you'll go whatever route/Whatever you have to do, you blast for me, I never doubt, that."

Royce Da 5'9" - Rap On Steroids (feat. Eminem, Black Thought & Assassin) [Leaked Version]

We're including this as an almost-Eminem feature in 2016. When a snippet of this song first leaked, it featured Eminem trading bars with the track's collaborators at the end, while Royce would tease that a proper Eminem verse would be the third and final one on the record. We're not sure what happened behind the scenes, but when Royce's album, Trust the Shooter, did drop, Eminem was not actually featured (although he does handle production). We may still receive the verse one day, packaged on another song, who knows.

Big Sean - No Favors (feat. Eminem)

Shady proved yet again that he's always ready to drop a feature for a rapper from the 313. Off of Big Sean's fourth studio album I Decided, "No Favors" debuted at an impressive No. 22 on the Billboard Hot 100. Big Sean was more than appreciative of Em bending down to dip on the track, which itself had been long-rumored: "He was the only person I heard that could be on that song to keep it honest," the rapper revealed to Zane Lowe. "It kinda reminded me of why I am such an Eminem fan, and why I fell in love with Eminem's work. The way he's unique -- he's special ... When he did this verse it brought that feeling right back to me. Like, this is like a brand new energy." Shady drops his voice for his hard-punching bars, lowering his register to match the track's dark beat.

With 2017 almost a wrap, who would you like to see Eminem collaborate with 2018? Let us know in the comments.

Cristiano Ronaldo blames Zidane for Real Madrid loss

Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has accused Zinedine Zidane of their recent woes against Girona in their La Liga game last weekend.

Real Madrid was ahead in the 12 minute but two second-half goals from Cristian Stuani and Portu turned the game against the La Liga Champions,

Spanish outlet Diario Gol claims Ronaldo thinks Zidane’s tactics are becoming predictable for opponents to play against.

According to the report, Real Madrid President Florentino Perez agrees with the opinion of Ronaldo on Zidane

And the bigwig has already made a shortlist of candidates who could replace him should results not improve.

The defeat to Girona has left Real Madrid a massive eight points behind rivals Barcelona after 10 matches in the top flight.

Zidane will know he is under pressure to get results fast and turn things around for Los Blancos, his first test will be on Wednesday against Tottenham Hotspur.

After the defeat to Girona, Zidane said: “We did well in the first half but football is about details and the first goal was from a throw-in and we weren't focused

"I don't think we played badly, we didn't lack intensity or effort, we just lost focus at the most important moments and that's why I'm annoyed.

"We're eight points behind but it won't change anything, we can pick ourselves up, we'll have better days than this and our rivals are going to drop points."

After the Tottenham Hotspur game, Real Madrid will be up against Las Palmas at the Santiago Bernabeu in the La Liga.
