Kingsman: The Golden Circle is a continuation of the previous edition Kingsman: The Secret Service, where a selected few are chosen to work as secret agents who will fight and promote peace. If you remember part one, this new one shouldn’t be an issue for you, except that the Golden Circle has a lot more action and actors.
Matthew Vaughn directed this masterpiece and his new twist was well appreciated. With a new enemy Poppy (Julianne Moore), and 10 key Kingsman leaders dead, Gary (Taron Egerton) and Merlin (Mark Strong) are left to fight evil and restore good. A common enemy and Kingsman reject, Charlie was still very well involved. In fact his anger and quest for revenge pushed him to join the Gold Circle and led a war against the Kingsman organization.
Together Poppy and Charlie almost wiped out half the population on earth and nearly made drugs legal, but of course our superheros didn’t let them shine for too long. With the help of Statesman’s finest, Halle Berry (Ginger), Pedro Pascal (Whiskey) and others, the good won.
