11 Co-Stars Who Had Bad Blood On Set

When it comes to creating a great movie, the actors involved have to have chemistry. The characters need to have a certain rapport with one another in order for the audience to fully immerse themselves in the plot.

This is, obviously, a very difficult task. But imagine how hard it would be if you absolutely hated the person you were in a scene with? It would seem almost impossible, right?

Well, the following actors proved why they're professionals because, apparently, these duos simply did not like each other during the filming of these iconic projects.

Strange to think that the most dynamic duo of all time couldn't stand each other. With all that animosity in the air, I'm surprised they were able to convey such affection. That's why it's called "acting" though, right?

The epitome of bffs, R2-D2 and C-3PO actually fought constantly on set! As hard as that may be to even visualize, it's true. Ugh, if they can't make it, who can?

4. Bill Murray and Lucy Liu: Charlie's Angels

Wondering why Bill Murray's role was recast in the sequel to the first Charlie's Angels movie? All signs point to his beefwith Lucy Liu, whom he argued with constantly during filming. Not cool, Lucy. You either, Bill.

5. Shannen Doherty and Jennie Garth: Beverly Hills 90210

When one talks of on-set fights, you can't help but mention the notoriously hard-to-work-with Shannen Doherty. Shannen and her Beverly Hills 90210 co-star, Jennie Garth, had many run-ins during the course of that iconic '90s show.

6. Naya Rivera and Lea Michele: Glee

For a show who's name is literally Glee, there sure was a lot of gloominess on set amongst these two cast members. Thebeef was so intense, Naya was eventually written off the show completely! I guess we know who won that round, huh? (Sorry, Naya.)

7. Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall: Sex and the City

It's never good for morale when two of the lead actors of a hit series don't like each other. It's even more awkward when they're supposed to be best friends, but they havereportedly reconciled since the show.

8. Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson: Fifty Shades Of Grey

The stars of the Fifty Shades films, for one reason or another, allegedly couldn't wait for the filming of the first movie to wrap up, as both struggled to connect with each other on the set. Apparently, filming the second installment of the series went much smoother. Maybe it was just first-time jitters?

9. Ryan Reynolds and Wesley Snipes: Blade: Trinity

Ryan wasn't the only one that wasn't feeling Wesley antics on set. Sources say the famous star was so erratic he would only communicate to the director via hand-written messages signed, "Blade." And that's only one of the many weird things he did to slow up production. I know people have their quirks, but that seems super annoying, doesn't it?

10. Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams: The Notebook

As hard as it may be to believe, everyone's favorite cinematic couple, Gosling and McAdams, were not very fond of each other during the filming of this Nicholas Sparks' hit. However, they obviously worked out their differences because the two eventually dated in real-life. Nice!

11. Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron: Mad Max: Fury Road

These two Hollywood phenoms absolutely reviled each other during the filming of Mad Max: Fury Road. However, since their characters were going against each other in the movie, it only made their performances more intense (and believable)!
