Six Television Shows You Should Make Out Time To Watch This Oct




The month of October is usually a good one for lovers of television shows as it sees the premiere and return of a lot of interesting shows. While there are loads of television shows to choose from, it can be difficult to choose the ones that suits your taste.

From psychological thrillers to frothy soaps and horror flicks, here are a number of television shows that would make your October a delight. to unkillable zombies.

Mr. Robot


This drama-thriller stars Rami Malek as Elliot Alderson, a cybersecurity engineer and hacker who suffers from social anxiety disorder and clinical depression. Alderson is recruited by an insurrectionary anarchist known as “Mr. Robot”, played by Christian Slater, to join a group of hacktivists aims to destroy all debt records by encrypting the financial data of a conglomerate known as E Corp.

Following the dramatic betrayal by E Corp Executive Tyrell Wellick (Martin Wallström) and the titular character (Christian Slater), Elliot Anderson (Rami Malek) returns for season three. This season should see Elliot gunning for revenge against people that previously used him.

The new cast members will include Bobby Cannavale who is billed to portray “Irving” in the hope of adding new dynamics to the show.

Mindhunter


Based on a true crime book titled, Mind Hunter: Inside the FBI’s Elite Serial Crime Unit written by John E. Douglas and Mark Olshaker. The Television show is set in 1977 and revolves around FBI agents Holden Ford (Jonathan Groff) and Bill Tench (Holt McCallany), who interview imprisoned serial killers in order to understand how such criminals think and apply this knowledge to solving ongoing cases.

The series is produced by David Fincher and Charlize Theron and premiere on October 13th.

The Walking Dead


The Walking Dead takes place after the onset of a worldwide zombie apocalypse. The series focuses on Rick Grimes, who wakes up from a coma to discover this apocalypse. He becomes the leader of a group of survivors from the Atlanta, Georgia region as they attempt to sustain themselves and protect themselves not only against attacks by walkers but by other groups of survivors willing to assure their longevity by any means necessary.

Season eight which is expected to premiere on October 22, will see Rick (Andrew Lincoln) bring the fight to Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and the Saviours.

Stranger Things


This thrilling Netflix original drama stars Golden Globe-winning actress Winona Ryder as Joyce Byers, who lives in a small Indiana town in 1983 and has to launche a terrifying investigation into the disappearance of her son with the assistance of local authorities.

The second season of Stranger things will premiere on October 27th and this science fiction and horror inspired drama will see the additional of new characters that will hopefully make the show more interesting.

The Punisher


The Punisher is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), and shares continuity with the films and other television series of the franchise. The series revolves around Frank Castle, who uses lethal methods to fight crime as the vigilante “the Punisher”, with Jon Bernthal reprising the role from Daredevil.

Frank Castle becomes a vigilante known as “The Punisher,” after the murder of his family with the sole aim of fighting crime by any means necessary. The Punisher is scheduled to be released on November 17, 2017.
