So, we all agree Moana was the best movie of 2016, right?

We also all know that one of the best parts of the movie was Maui, the shapeshifting demigod iconically voiced by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
But the Rock just revealed something about his character that has me feeling kind of emotional, TBH.

Yep, according to the Rock, the character was inspired by his real-life grandfather, Peter Maivia, who was also a professional wrestler!
Now this movie is even more wholesome. 💖
